Okay, so there was a section at the end of the aisle at the store where some random skeins of discontinued yarn were on sale. One of this and one of that. Fancy yarn cheap and none of it enough for a project, unless . . . yes, this would have made a great full scarf, but having too little, I made a short one. Then I crocheted a simple flower and sewed it to a pony tail holder. Made it up as I went along and stopped when it began to resemble a rose. lol So, this “not enough” scarf was born and nobody would ever know I hadn’t set out to do just what I did. So, I challenge you. Find that yarn you have in the closet and give it a look. Bet you’ll come up with something!
